Once again and she's had 6 attempts now will someone tell me how Emma has been so short since Week 1 yet I just can't see how she's any better than any of the girls left in it. For me Saffron, Posh Emma, Alex and Michelle are all at least if not better than her and Cath just about as good too.
Just don't get it how she's been clear third favourite yet just an also ran at the moment for me so will need to improve. I hope she does but from what I've seen about a 7/10 dancer doesn't win Strictly.

Emma B is an unlikely winner with me but with Anton's SCD dancing career surely nearing an end, and with him being given a solid ringer (for the first time in years, possible ever?) it wasn't difficult to put 2 and 2 together. Outside of the front two you're really struggling for runners who could ever have the dancing and pv momentum, and one could see how contriving that for them remains a possibility. As I say, not for me but I can see an argument for it whereas most of them look fodder and/or highly unlikely to command a strong pv.

For me it's looked a 2 horse race for weeks and I still think Karim is possibly the one to beat. Once again just my opinion of course but I think Saffron is doing nothing wrong, is the best of the females dancewise, has a possible biast following with her blogging and has a popular partner in AJ so she's booked for a final spot I think.
That said whilst I'm large Red on Alex I think she's going along nicely and comes across very well, quite a sweet girl so the one I'm worried about at this stage.

I traded a free green on Emma B pre-show, as I thought the Anton storyline had legs and would help mute ringer accusations, but then she was heavily punted with no new news, and was at that point too short considering they were overwhelmingly likely to have some poor weeks over potentially three months and drift out significantly. Traded some more free green with the obvious plan that in general ballroom would be favourable and latin not so.
I struggle to see any route for Alex winning but I've long given up on holding worrying reds when you're relying on producer machinations, the way they treated Kellie was a turning point for me on scd so when it only costs a few quid there's not a lot to gain and much more to potentially lose I take the prudent option.

They both look decent to be fair and I'm a bit concerned about Alex winning. Funnily enough this morning a guy at the golf club who's a real gambler said to me "She may not be the best dancer but I think Alex comes across really well". That's exactly what I'm worried about so fingers crossed for me.
I've had Emma and Anton onside from the start but not overly impressed so far so hope she brings it soon.
