All this nicey nicey towards Maggie is probably fishing for some negativity towards her...suspect they see her as a threat winning wise
still giving orders to imaginary armies from the bunker Bailey?

Ashley does not seem to have much about her
seems nice enough but seems to have had everything on a plate up until now.

Nobody wins this show for being a rock, or a good listener. As I alluded to that doesn't motivate voting.
people do win for showing good moral character
loyalty
bravery
integrity
standing up for the week
remember Julian Clary staying loyal to Julie Goodyear when the whole house turned on her - maybe he would have won any way but that must have been another 10% of the vote.
The winner doesn't need to be a the center of the narrative - just being congruent is worth a lot.

Coleen was default popularity, like a few winners on C5.
ditto Maggie

Clary was one of the biggest reality certainties before the show even started!Yeah Maggie would have won a vote last night, that's obviously my point. That popularity won't be maintained as the show develops. Kind of reality betting basics is working out where the vtw will come from on the last night, not the opening night.
Clary won because his behavior in the house was congruent with peoples perception of him at the beginning of the show.
He was a sweet and lovely bloke, if he had turned out to be a backstabbing conniving **** he would not have won.
He won by his behavior in the house not because of fan base.

So its not won...or lost...in the house?

Maggie doesn`t look like she will be central to much, so would normally be max red material; if, however, you believe TPTB will be able to get a woman over the line quite easily, then all eight should be half their current price, meaning laying now at 5.x is folly, as her true mathematical price is about 3.0. Exclude India and Ashley, and her true price is nearer 2.75/ Don`t get suckered into playing this year `normally`, it ain`t a normal series.
will look pretty crap if a bloke wins year of the woman

If you're comparing Maggie to Clary as a runner, zoom, personally I feel that's hugely wide of the mark. I see absolutely no similarities. I was happy to pile into Clary before any action in the house as it was blatantly obvious he had perfect credentials to be able to win the show.
not really,
was more trying to come up with examples of nice winning the show
