6 comedians have gone in, 3 have won and the other 3 finished in the top 4.
sue perkins and bobby davro came 4th, whilst michael barrymore came 2nd.
comic's simply have a very decent record in big brother.

helen has worked with and starred in some of british televisions best comedy series and sketch shows, including the young ones, comic strip, the naked video, french and saunders, harry enfield and chums too name but a few.
working with comic icons such as dawn french, rik mayall, ben elton oh the list goes on but huge names from the 80's.
not only that in the 90's she starred along side jennifer saunders and joanna lumley in absolutely fabulous which regularly attracted 6-9 million viewers and seeing as it was a girlie show i'd guess most of those were women who were watching.

helen is not quite a national treasure but she has worked with quite a few and is as close too a national treasure as you can get without being one...some might say she is ?
she was one of the 1st female comedians too feature on saturday night live with her own stand up set.
as well as doing plenty of theatre and radio work, she's also a author and regularly writes columns in some of the biggest newspapers around.

she reminds me of a female version of julian clary in a way, where she can be quite dry with her humour and as he did, helen won't need to do much too win..just be generally nice and have a few funny moments/one liners.

her father was czech and helen lost some family members in the holocaust, not sure if this will get mentioned but she did make a tv show about it.

like nolan she will not register on sm, if she does its a bonus but im expecting pretty much the same..that she is well and truly under the radar on twitter/fb/polls etc.
she's also been on loose women a few times as a guest.

i actually backed her at 14/1 last year but she never went in, so you could say ive been waiting a year for her too go in lol
should never be double figures especially in this tripe of a weak field, she's group class and would of definitely ran bear a lot closer than norwood did last summer.

i have covered my stake with cover bets on barry and sandi, who i see as the only threats too her winning but as usual i am extremely confident on the main selection.
as long as she wants to be and takes part she will be very difficult too beat once the deadwood and loudmouths have all gone.
