2nd place behind Portugal was Moldova with 291 a difference of 81 points

Agreed; most boring results reveal in all my ESC years.
The jury voting from the pre favorites countrys show more tactical voting than from the televote. Portugal and Bulgaria were in it for the win.

That's interesting Swede. Maybe they should scrap the juries. It seems to me, compared to the noughties, the public are voting for the songs they like more than the country they come from, if they are ex-pat. The Greek diaspora has been absent for a while and the Armenian diaspora were absent last night, and the muslims ignored Azerbaijan. Although Azerbaijan is understandable, they should write a book - "How to Repulse People from Voting for a Great Song".
Have to admit that when Portugal gave Bulgaria 0 and Bulgaria gave Portugal 0 and the Cyprus/Greece thing was a complete turn-off of the event.
