Sam & Hector would've made this a competitive heat if they'd put them in instead of the Togni Brothers

One cute vote magnet and loads of young female acts

Craig ball easily qualifies tonight and will come dam close to winning the heat imo
fishing in a pond of one, singing impressionist would be perfect for the final.
altman gone, mimic men overlooked for the semi's which at the time seemed mightily strange but after seeing Craig's audition and looking at his youtube channel i can now see why - he's simply better Cool

Suitably bludgeoned by army;
Pre R/O don`t know what to make of things. Will Jasmine be pimped, in an effort to dilute Beau`s vote in the final, thereby getting Richfraud home? Or will she be buried in 2?
Comparisons with last night`s abomination of a dog act might help Trip; we need some variety in the final and, if she gets there, especially with a good routine, she won`t still be mid-20s for the OR. Thinking she`ll probably get through, I`ve topped up. Yes, I do remember last year`s dog(s) malarkey, but the GBP are suckers for a good dog act, and, if winning tonight, she becomes a real runner. Even if only for trading purposes, as reds think back to both last year and Pudsey, before panicking the market.
Convent girls could be lively outsider for qualification with a late slot, the judges loved them, and especially their conductor. Song choice crucial, it`s what done for Vox last night
Craig`s audition just wasn`t good enough to justify progress; depends on how much he might have been able to improve
Mother and daughter? Not as good as Mother and Son, so unlikely
The rest? Fodder.

Bullet point; Pre R/O, who knows?

"Will Jasmine be pimped, in an effort to dilute Beau`s vote in the final, thereby getting Richfraud home?"

Is it your considered opinion, after everything you've seen, that they might try to dilute Beau's vote in the final?

Despite my bullish thread title I don't know who's going to win but I'm pretty sure they're either going to pimp Beau solely or pimp Beau and Richard.

Well, that`s surely the defining conundrum of this series, Henry. The pimping of both continues apace, but to what end? Jasmine pimped and winning tonight could  be construed as a Beau deramp; but are they still behind the recently-shamed and embarrassing Richard. As I said, who knows? Nevertheless, my book seems to think it knows, as I have Richard biggest loser (of the dangers), Beau a very decent green. Maybe there`s my sub-conscious `real` thoughts?

In the last 2 years none of the acts going last in the semis went last in the final.  Mebbe nothing to be drawn from that, or mebbe it's adeliberate change of tack

I do believe the act they most want to do well will go last in the final.  They may take it for granted that the magician doesn't need to go last to do well, and it may be better to have him third from last as it gives a better running order feel.  We will see who it is on Saturday

Personally I think Jasmine (assuming she qualifies) of the Gospel Choir will go last.  In the same way that New Bounce and Lucy Kay got pimp.  They need to go last to do well and they are also not averse to some positive discrimination.

I don't rate Trip Hazard at all, we have had much better dog acts.

as a neophyte to rtv i must preface my comments by saying i know diddly squat about this show.

presentation school choir - imo nothing original but if they pick the right song?
deep space deviants - if betfair had 1,000,000 it still wouldnt be enough. (are you telling me there were worse acts in the auditions? Cry)
ana and fia - they can sing ok. have a bit of hard luck story with leaving husband but so what? again song choice important
togni brothers - one brov spins the other, wup a dup.
chloe fenton - slightly annoying child dancer, no thanks.
craig ball - his impressions are so poor he has to have a picture up to tell us who each one is. i cant believe his price is so short. he barely has 10k you tube followers after being on bgt, is that any good?
jasmine elcock - imo a good voice, stands out here as she has some talent.
trip hazard - most of the act looked like the owner dancing around the dog to me. any other dog acts this year
elite squad royalz - yet another fecking dance squad.

i think craig is awful yet army and mach who know about these things think he qualifies easily.

having subjected myself to the pain of watching this load of tripe on you tube i am going to lie down for a while.

please tell me where i've gone wrong rtv pros.

your opinions are close to mine, I think Craig is a fanciable male, he picks up votes there, with a average act

Jolly, your mistakes were;
1) Opening a bf account
2) Wondering what the `Specials` tab linked to
3) Finding this forum
Doing those three things, in the correct order, sends you through the looking glass, and there`s no way back, I`m afraid. Don`t worry, we`ve all done the same.
