After (proudly?) proclaiming my pathetic record at ESC on many occasions, I`m pleased to report a change in fortunes. I`ve finally cracked how to win at ESC!
1) Dutch lay joint favs at 1.25 a couple of hours before the final.Sit back and relax 2) Lay fav I/R at 1.43 3) Lay new fav at 1.13 4) Then back the winners at 20 Dismissed the winner a few days ago, but got lucky, biggest ever ESC win. Fair play to those who saw the appeal and won by applying a bit more skill to it! |

Well at least we know all those hidden migrants in the UK are Lithuanian ________________ It's been a feature of our votes for years GB. UK gave Lithuania a 12 in the SF in 2011 which basically got it to qualify. Check the points in recent times - hence my comment after the SF2 on Thursday that we'd have given 10 and 12 to Lithuania and Poland. There once was a time UK was a big Greece points-giver but times are a changing! |

Australia may be back but they also may participate in the Asiavision contest that is going to be organised next year i think.

Thought it was free money when I got all the 6s+ Belgium top 10 in running I wanted...in fact started to doubt myself and backed off when the price didn't crash. Doing well on itunes and twitter but blimey it was close.

By:
Yes honest but the numbers I posted above don't explain Lithuania.....they really must be motivated voters. Wonder if any countries release actual vote numbers or are they all kept secret? We know the BBC Stasi never reveal anything.

One thing that could explain the Georgia votes from the jury is that Georgia due to technical difficulties got to perform 4 times last night with each performance having problems with camera angles, problem with the mirror effect, mike problems before they got the performance right.

By:
Yes you got that one right army...couldn't see it myself but tbf I hardly listed to any this year just went by itunes

Australia discredits the event doesn't it? _____ Because they take it seriously and are members of the EBU I quite like it. They qualified fair and square through the semis and although I didn't particularly care for the song, the non-European thing doesn't bother me. What I'd like to see is there be a guest spot that rotates each year. I wouldn't have a problem with that either. A bit like Copa America that invites two non-South American teams each time. |

Well i couldn't believe that the Norway jury give Sweden a big fat 0.
