I wouldn't say I was frightened of her, tim. I don't like to misjudge things, and when I inevitably do I usually realise early enough. I'm a bit different to most on here in that I'm happy to carry a red (or reds), in fact that's my MO, even if it's a favourite. There hasn't been a price on Charlotte yet I would come close to entertaining as a backer. If she wins, it's likely there never will be.

Actually, Cider, we`re pretty much in agreement, if I can replace `frightened` with `aware that she is the only one likely to not only prevent a reasonable win for me, but to cost me money.`
I, too, am happy to take reds to the end, having learnt that I would be better off incurring the odd loss, rather than my previous `apprenticeship` practise of taking the smaller but guaranteed wins. You haven`t seen the value in her price, nor have I. While this approach worked better for you than me with Sam, I`m happy with my book at the moment. |

As my biggest green glad to see Vicky stepping in just wish she had laid into her some more. So much negativity towards so many of them by the GBP that a well aimed and justified tirade won't do anyone any harm at this stage. I may be starting to morph into TM but a Charlotte win would have a certain depressing take on modern society to it.
