just before the LF ended I heard sam say the reason he thinks he was not evicted was because he confronted Dex. where the reality is it made his graph point down.

..and I don't think it's intentional. They saw Gina was way out in front. Used her to repair the damage on Hazel, and went ott. I guess they underestimated how fickle the voting public are.

Gina played it safed when Sam was asking her opinion on Dexter by saying she didn't want to get involved, imagine Gina ganging on Dexter aswell

Sam has tried to portray himself as a nice cute innocent little boy, I think his true colours have come out in the last few days, otherwise he would be a lot shorter

It is Sam's to throw away, but if sam has a go at Dex where the only reason is Sam's dislike of dex, it plays badly, no one like angry deana

That's one thing about Dexter he always keeps his cool, even when he raises his voice its really unthreatening

There is plenty of scope, if they do an awards ceremony, to pull up unseen footage to level the field.

I don't see why it plays badly for Sam speaking his mind regarding Dexter. In a vote to evict, yes, it put him in the firing line but this is now vote to win. Sam speaks for the majority of viewers when he has a go at Dexter. The bloke has been a relentless game player since he went in. And you only need to then hear Dexter doing his bitching about Sam & condescendingly calling him a little boy, much the same way he belittled Callum, to realise what an enormous twunt he is.

aa - Not quite that many. I've slated most of the HMs during this series & I'm not a prolific poster by any means. Dexter was my biggest green just a few days ago. Good luck if you're still sitting on Dexter as your biggest green. I struggle to see how he wins from here unless he tells us in the next couple of days he has a terminal illness & wants to give the money to charity.

I think Sam is the most deserving for being the most decent & genuine person left in there. I don't eqaute 'deserving' to airtime in the house because you immediately have a leg up then when you're favoured by TPTB. Gina & Dexter have both been massively favoured throughout. Both appear to have been created to some degree before going in. It's clearly in C5's interest to build both of them up with a view to future C5 projects involving them.

Sam hasn't had the air time because he has done nothing worth seeing...he's duvet boy...a house full of Sam's would be the death of BB.  Not saying he won't win but his price will drift before it shortens again.

past two series have had atrocious viewing figures.

2011 - well under 2m for most of the series, just over 2m for the final.

Last year pretty much less than 2m throughout, even the final. 

This year doing much better 2m+

But it is still a niche programme and I don't think you're ever going to a massive rise in viewers for the final like in top BBC/ITV shows.

Everything is wrong with it mach imho but if you see it differently that's up to you.
If you are trying to suggest a novelist who creates something is on a par with these eejits who create nothing & are in it for a fast buck on the back of notoriety, then I couldn't disagree more.

z-listers offer absolutely zero to the cultural betterment of this world. They are a pointless, throwaway concoction, merely earning money for the individuals in question, their agents & the newspaper & mag owners who flog their tawdry wares.

I'd also suggest celeb culture is complicit in this money for nothing, dumbed down culture of ours. Fame on the back of no discernible talent bar self-promotion now considered a worthy goal in life… feeding shallow & materialistic values and rampant narcissism… also encouraging an increasingly voyeuristic outlook in those who buy into it. I don't see how any of it is good, but maybe that's just me.

there is no dumbing down in society, we merely have social media giving everybody's bloody view, so when people can broadcast to our culture without it being based on meritocracy, we get the appearance of dumbing down, there are as many thinkers out there as there ever was,I would say probably more!!
I doubt those aspiring to empty celeb culture would be aspiring to anything more noble if celeb culture did not exist.
