So it`s not as if there was no celebration in the house. I don`t remember a more blatant statement of intent from TPTB since Aaron. Even happier with my max red on her.

Not only that but she went birthday shopping too and they didn't even mention her birthday in the highlights. She's quite dull and thick and would be a very poor winner on what we have seen. She's just the default choice of some people at the moment as she's quite inoffensive.

You can't ignore Sam's chances because the producers may be planning to make a big issue of his disability in the latter stages. I agree his price is quite short at the moment and I wouldn't be lumping on right now hoping he gets a big sympathy vote at the end.

Charlie hitting her stride nicely. Becoming more involved, and more of a central character in the house. And, crucially, the more we see of her, the more she comes across as a very decent sort. Much as I love Dexter, (and her, for that matter), she needs to not get invokved with him. Don`t want her cast in the homewrecker role.

It's Dexter that's been playing with their minds the last few days.

Gist of the conversation seems to be that Dexter and his "girlfriend" have arranged his perving over a girl in the house in an effort to get the girlfriend publicity and interviews and make money

charlie's fcuked it here.  Sh1t-stirring massively.  All of this 'gina says xyz,' and then relaying to others.  Either her or dexter get a bad edit tomorrow - depends what producers want.

perhaps, but because she's p1ssed she's doing it in a stirring type of way.  Bringing other hms into it, keeps falling back on 'even gina said...', and even implying to daley as if he's being mugged off but not backing it up.  Then telling each housemate what gina/dex said about them from safehouse footage.

As we all know it all depends on what the producers are after.  One of them will get made to look bad though if it's shown - just depends which way they want to go.

I hate the way Charlie says "???? is very intelligent" then proceeds to slag that person off for the next 15 minutes... quite a sh*t-stirrer.

DS will crucify Charlie. But my own view is that though he is a great housemate, it's eprfectly understandable why they would find him utterly untrustworthy. The guy came out and told Hazel she got 4 nominations rather than 2. There's no way he forgot how many she got and so the impression it gives them is that he just likes telling lies and playing with people.

agree, but dex gets away with it somehow.  Charlie won't - she's incredibly dull for someone so young.  Surprising that gina has talked against dex to charlie.  She's smart though - doesn't get too involved.  Doubt the producer's will even show it tomorrow.  Compared to say Charlie or Dexter who go round the houses speaking to everyone, in turn giving editors footage which can be used either way.

Dexter's the sort of egomaniac who if someone suspects he has some crafty plan he'd probably take credit for the genius of it even though it's not true and it also make him look like a manipulative creep

yes, a small charge for the series and 24 hour live feed could probably be made cost effective.

Live feed is like watching all the twist and turns of a five day test match. A lot of the time not much happens but it's a far more rewarding experience than an hours HL's

Don`t ask why, but Ive been re-watching tonight`s episode. The four up for eviction were around the table, with Jackie crying. Then they all toast each other, and someone unseen (Charlie?) says ` and cheers to Sophie for her birthday`.
I`m fascinated by the lack of coverage of the birthday.

I suspect the footage was dull so they decided to leave it out. That task she has with the camera capturing her expressions. she was told it was for BOTS and made little effort to be entertaining.

She can`t win without a massive five-week long push from TPTB. Bearing in mind there wasn`t a balloon or party hat in sight on her 21st, we can safely assume that won`t be happening. So, why is anyone still backing her?

The prods are all about creating an interesting show right now (for which material is abundant). The overall winner is totally secondary. I doubt there is a 'tco' at all, but there are hms that create good material thus a prods dream. Gina is fav now, imv a true double figure chance of winning.

She's a risky one alright but all the others are dull or unpleasant. So a worthy fav imv.

I'd certainly not be backing her at current odds, far too long to go and she's a risky bet.
For the record I was lucky to get on at big odds but there's no way I'd back her at such low odds with 5 weeks to go.

She's a good housemate, but there are things about her people genuinely like, from the fact that she doesn't mind doing horrible tasks whilst wearing no make up at all (and what a sight that is) to things like her "Girl Code" speech and how blunt she was with Daley when he asked how he came across. She also recognised that Callum was being rather harshly treated. Her moral compass doesn't always take her in the right direction, and she may go a bit overboard with the loathing of Jackie, but she seems to always get herself into an underdog position and not give a damn. Dexter has managed to work himself into that little group of Daley, Hazel and Charlie despite none of them trusting him, whilst Gina remains a loner with her own storyline. I don't think her support is as secure as Aaron's was and it is a vote to evict rather than vote to save, but even with weeks left, I think she's in a very strong position.

It is far more difficult for females than it is for males to be forgiven by the viewers for any big mistakes. The voters can easily turn against females on this show.

Apparently a pair have been voted into the safe house. Didn't realize the phone lines closed that quickly. Someone on DS is saying it's Hazel and Daley but they're probably probably a hysterical Ginxter fan. Every poll I've seen had it close between Dex/Charl and Gina/Dan

Dean became over confident after being announced the first saved when up for eviction. Her confidence brought out a mean side that took pleasure from the stupidity Luke S.

They heard the crowd every week, and she won one of the votes and then they stopped announcing it in order. She didn't get cocky... She just relished winding Luke S up.

Your memories are seriously faulty. Deana was only announced as the person with the most votes once (when up against Becky, Conor and Arron)... She did not then become cocky and put viewers off. She was up many times after and continued to poll well. She was second to Luke A when they were all up and beat Adam in one of the last eviction votes as well when the percentages were announced later. Going into the last week she was favourite to win and only lost votes because she became annoying with her constant winding up of Luke S for not pressing the button. At best though, she was never going to finish above 2nd.

At best it would have been announced at end of HL. Therefore no voting through any HL, when most votes are made. Even though they got 1.5 mill viewers (I think I read) SH votes would have only been in the thousands, maybe even hundreds.

So anything could happen. Especially if Hazel has a publicity team behind her.

I just can't see them putting themselves in a position where that might happen. We all know they make it up as they go along and trust in the stupidity of the viewers to not notice how they're fixing it. Losing 1 of the 2 characters viewers have some emotional investment in would be damaging for the show

callum or jackie gone next week it seems.  Unless there's a double in which case dex also in trouble you'd think.
