Adam fans and Luke A fans are from the same ball park....if one goes,the other receives a huge increase I suspect.

I have no strong preference or opinion on who will win this year but it would seem this year has been very easy to make money trading. Would that be right?

Just seems from a long way out you could put a pencil through the majority of the housemates.

It's been good, but as often I get in a good position but then struggle to make further headway.

yes paddletoe, very much the case.
ive a moderate book that i could easily turn into a nice guaranteed holiday if i so wish.
but could of been 10 times better, ive made some bad calls along the way and lost big greens on bene and lauren

Because they sit together? Speculation about vote transference has always been proven wrong unless there is direct causation for it. None of the 3 are marmite, they all are a lot of people's second favourites.

Right now I'd bet on Deana winning a h2h with either of them.

I am no expert in how the public see things but i would have thought Benedict would have appealed a lot more to the housewives.

After he went and the divide became very clear it seemed just a matter of getting all of the outsiders onside in the knowledge that you have to accept losing a few of them along the way.

They are playing the same role.It is a perfectly logical assumption to make that supporters of one will switch to the other.Although Deana is now in their "gang" her hardcore support was gained when she was playing the "Lone Ranger" part.Sure vote transference isn't a science,and I'm sure some will suggest it hardly exists,but that's my reading of the situation rightly or wrongly.

thing is, if one goes the other is not going to get 100% of the transfer
just coz some like adam, that dont mean there gonna like luke as well, and vice versa
deana would get a portion of the support and i suspect other memebers of the house would as well
yes, they may get a fair chunk, but not as much as being exaggerated here

Agree army...not 100% but a higher ratio than anyone else.Its all guesswork but my guess would go something like this.........

Just for arguments sake,let's say Adam/Luke A are polling 20% each.If one goes,that 20% gets redistributed.Again,just for argument sake,let's guess 25% of the evicted HM's supporters decide not to vote again.This leaves 15% of the OR vote to be redistributed.My guess in this scenario is 8% to the Adam/Luke survivor,3% Deana and 4% the others,meaning a 5% swing.

I'd be the first to admit this is total guesswork,but we are all guessing to one degree or other.

Bene started the week that he was evicted, way behind Lauren. It was probably 80/20 in her favour before the Monday highlights show. He then attacked Caroline which won him favour on ds, but not enough to close the gap.
I know Caroline was not popular at the time, and she is still struggling on all but one of the polls.. but I keep looking at that poll on DS Reality news page (not BB forum). I know fll said she had a big jump in votes early on. Could that have been a facebook group hitting the poll? If so, did this group help keep Lauren over Bene? Is Caroline's support underestimated?

I'm wondering if they'll announce the vote order. They usually do on C5 but with so many up and being so close to the final surely it would be too much of a hint? Queen Deana will top the votes here btw.

I assume they must have made some official statement or advertisement previously that the votes would be announced from most to least as everyone seemed to know thats the way it would be. If they have not said anything different this week then they cant change things. I know they can make up the rules as they see fit but surely they cant change things with regard to phone votes when people voted on the basis of knowing the voting order on eviction night.

Maybe i am wrong but i thought people on here knew the voting order would be announced in advance of the last few times more than two housemates were up for eviction.

Last year they were desperate to avoid housemate's conspiring to put everyone up in the Halloween face to face nominations which was, I believe, the final nominations before the vote to win. It does seem to be ch5's 'thing' to reveal the order.

In the last CBB in that multi housemate vote in the week before the final, they revealed who was safe in "no particular order". Although saying that, other than Frankie and Denise being the wrong way round it actually was in order

Well if they have never officially said any weeks results would be announced in order of votes then they can do what they like.

I assumed they had at some point in which case they could not return to announcing the result in no particular order without giving notice.

last time deana was up it suited to send a message to the house, deana is popular.
this time it does not suit to send a message, would be very odd to give the order with 8 up,  this close to the end

I agree I don't think they'll give an order. Or they may just give a bottom 3 order or some other variation that doesn't reveal who's top.
