Vinnie is to be locked in the Phone Booth Of Doom this evening.
The former footballer, who is celebrating his 45th birthday today, will be trapped inside when he goes in to answer a mysterious call.
The remaining housemates will then have to complete various tasks in a bid to free him.
A source told The Mirror: "This will be the biggest task ever. The housemates will have to do eight mini tasks all put together in one. They will be fighting to get Vinnie out.
"Some of the mini tasks are going to be really horrible and dark and there will be some manipulation of the housemates.
"It's going to be really exciting."
