Edinburgh seemed to have showers during the night looking at Met Office radar so that must be a YES.
Glasgow should get the band of snow that's going through Belfast later on so that should be a YES.
Rain/Snow band too far north for Manchester, Liverpool or Cardiff - so NO's.
Was some rain(or sleet?) during the night in Birmingham and London - but was it only just rain?
I live in Wigan, and it's foggy and still only -1'C so any light shower nearby would fall as snow so Manchester still might have an outside chance - hope not as I bet on NO :)
Happy 'Xmas all.
:)

i don't think webcams can pick up light snow or sleet - usually they can't pick up rain falling so i wouldn't rely on them...

BOOKIES took a £1MILLION bashing yesterday as Scotland enjoyed its first white Christmas in five years. Punters celebrated a bumper festive payout after snow fell in Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Rupert Adams, of William Hill, said: "We are crying into our turkey after getting stuffed by Scottish punters." A spokesman for Ladbrokes added: "Scotland is off our Christmas card list for next year because the punters have really done the damage this year.
"It will be a Merry Christmas for lots of punters north of the border."
Edinburgh and Glasgow were offered at odds of 10/11 for a White Christmas.
William Hill reckon they are now facing a £200,000 payout - with the entire Scots betting industry shelling out £1million.
A snow no-show in London and the South-East of England saw them breathing a massive sigh of relief.
But the bookies could be forced to fork out even MORE if any flakes were recorded late last night in Aberdeen - the 4/6 favourite.
A spokesman for the Met Office said: "We are not yet convinced of any snowfall in Aberdeen.
"But if a single flake of snow falls then that will count as a White Christmas."
The largest amount of snow yesterday fell on hilly areas around southern and central Scotland - up to 5cm.
The coldest temperatures were recorded in the north-west Highlands - a freezing -15°C (5°F).
Severe warnings of widespread ice and more snow across southern and central Scotland were issued last night.
And Scots will be battling the big chill into the New Year.
The Met Office spokesman added: "It was a lovely and white, beautiful, crisp Christmas.
"I would not rule out any further snow showers but they will be few and far between.
"It will be mostly frosty and icy and staying very cold right up until the turn of the New Year."
