As for EE, the price still looks on the short side to me. I'd be amazed if Dr Who didn't top 13m for the 3rd year running, given it's Tenants last one and the publicity it's been given. EE has only beaten 13m once in the last 5 years and that was when they had the nice salacious story of the Max and Stacey affair being revealed. Sex sales. Some old geezer getting shot, doesn't.

I was just testing you to see how you got on. ;)
Marks to follow.

Nobody actuwally knows.... BUT with no Wallace & gromit this year , the 'form' is boringly out in the open and schedules are v similar to last year...
With a strong Dr who guaranteed it really boils down to .... Can EE benefit from a) a strong storyline b) a single 1 hour episode rather than 2 x half hour of previous years c) The weakness of a Mr & Mrs celebrity special on ITV ?
Of the above (c) is the threat... how many households could be bothered to win an argument for that against any EE fans ? Embarrassing or what ?
This is why EE WILL go close this year... maybe not quite enough to win but sufficient to say 3/1 is as far as the drift will go...

In all seriousness though - surely soaps are the worst for 'casual' viewers? I mean how can you not really watch it then suddenly decide you're interested in who killed (some geezer who's name you can't remember)?
