spoty for me, occasionally switching over to x factor.

spoty cos I'm passionate about sport and wouldn't go near the charade that is X Factor if it wasn't for the fact it's a good betting medium.
That said, BBC has done its best to ruin spoty in recent years by turning it into one long musical montage and going down the X Factor route of trying to tug heart-strings with p*ss weak backing tracks as the Paralympians come out to take the plaudits to the strains of 'You Raise Me Up' by f*cking Westlife.
All part of the emotional glove-puppetry that is modern tv, and dumbing down of our society in general. If that plank Jake Humphreys has any involvement I'll be attaching a noose to the ceiling.
