no but it could be rather snowy in Copenhagen for the closing of the conference... the media will love that
easy to**shirley? just get a load of ice out the freezer and drop it past the observy-thing at the weather station. sorry for not being very technical here. i have no idea how the weather stations "observe" a snowflake. if its a camera then yeh sprinkle some freezer ice just over the top of it. jobs a good un!
