LMEY misses a not that difficult red with the rest, opens up virtually all of the safe reds, and invites Kyren to win F&M 4-2, which he duly does....
Always have a glance at em, never know what to make of em, but it does stand out that Ding has a pretty remarkable hth record against Willo. I think i was wanting to take Willo on even before i looked, but it doesn't do any harm to know anyway. Didn't do me much good in R1 mind, but Dings form has been on an upswing of late, probably only one way it could go in fairness!, so should be more of a test of MJW appetite tonight. Will take a punt on it anyway.

Never saw the 330, but saw the large 1.01 (£17k). Could have got very spicy had Ding converted. Hopefully we prevail better tomorrow!

Did you clock someone taking out Tubbs down to 1.16 at the end of frame 7? I wondered if they'd not clocked it was BO9 at this stage?
yeah, I saw that. Think they definitely thought it was bo7, lucky for them they didn't go in super large and shorter !
It moved a lot when each had their first good chances in that frame, too, so that would also fit.

Potentially a very interesting final today. Tubbs' policy all week has been based around rock solid defence and taking few chances unless they're really good ones and full of value. It has served him very well. Judd has arguably looked better than he did in winning last week's Masters.

Judd doesn't even bother coming back to the table needing one snooker with a red still on. 1-0 Tubbs, ground out. A few Judd misses, which you would think he's going to have to cut out, or it could be a very long day.
