Somebody had already asked and it had been declined by the trading team. She said she would ask again for me, so if anyone else wants to bet on them, please get in touch with them, too!
I know there's not much matched on the majority of these matches, but the Tubbs game last night did just shy of £100k.
Dave finally beats Ford 4-3.

Lyu v Luca has been added to Tubbs v Xiao and Mags v MJW, but nothing for the later two...
Lyu is 1-0 up, Tubbs is 1-0 up, and Mags & MJW have just re-racked.

Shocking!
I notice that there is currently no frame betting up for today's matches. They normally add them for the QF's. Will give them a call when I get a chance.

I do think we are venturing very much into use it or lose it territory, mate. I dread to think about the battle I'm going to have with next week's English Open qualifiers.
Part of me did wonder if the reluctance to put up the later matches had been because of the 0130 and 0120 finishes this week? No idea what their staffing levels are like these days (I did speak to the same Live Chat person last night as I had during the Scottish Open Qs!), but I guess that would be the only thing that could make it even vaguely justifiable.
One thing I did notice was that the additional markets appeared on BF and BD at pretty much the exact same (and completely random) times.... Is it possible some stuff is now being outsourced entirely to a third party?

They don’t normally put up frame markets for the early rounds of the smaller tourneys anyway but not putting late starting matches on at all tells you how important they feel the snooker is to them. To be fair to them, the amounts matched are pretty small and have been for a long time now (no sign of growth).
I have never really bothered with Qualifying events as the sparse markets do my head in!
At least we have a couple of bigger tournaments coming up (CoC and the Uk’s) so hopefully will see some bigger action.
Regarding the markets appearing at the same time on BF & BD, I feel that it’s unlikely to be any more than a coincidence otherwise other sports markets on BD would match BF and they don’t seem to have anywhere near the same amount of markets. But nothing would surprise me nowadays……….

Don't get me wrong, mate, I get it, but as I said the other week, the headline commission figure they rake isn't necessarily a very good guide of what they actually gain from putting the markets up. For the last four weeks they've (utterly bizarrely) given me free bets (and increasing in size to a whole tenner this week!) each week, despite me having paid a chunk in PC in the same period (at least the average monthly wages of two members of Romanian staff). If they want me to bet, they need to put up the markets I want to bet on! If they don't, they can kiss that goodbye, because I'm not suddenly going to start betting on something else.
Anyway, Dave v Zhou is underway.

Free bets! At least you're getting something back! (don't spend it all at once!)
I agree that they need to put the markets up if they want people to bet but as I said above, there hasn't been any growth in the snooker markets for years - in fact it's declined, so it's no real surprise. It would be nice to see some stronger markets.

I don't think I've made a deposit this year, so not directly affected (and deposits very definitely are the main trigger, from what I've gleaned from the forum posts of those who have), but suspect we are being indirectly via less money swilling around.
Zhou levels, 1-1.

Could be an interesting final, though Zhou will be desperately hoping he fares better than his only previous final (humped 9-0 by Robbo in the 2020 European Masters).
Zhou has taken his scoring to a new level this season and is comfortably exceeding his previous best figures. He's also producing slightly better numbers than Tubbs (though there was virtual parity prior to yesterday).
They've both beaten some decent players on the way to the final, though Tubbs' run including MJW & Robbo is slightly superior to Zhou's (Shon, Dave - who massively let him no less than three time from 4-2 up - LTT the highlights).
They've only met twice, Zhou winning their most significant meeting, that coming at the Crucible in 2019 (BO19), and Tubbs winning at the 2020 Scottish Open (BO7). Frames score is 13-11 in favour of Zhou.
If Zhou gets a start, it could be a really good final. He does need a frame early, though, or thoughts could return to that whitewashing by Robbo.

£102,000,000 matched on today's world cup match but it was between India and Pakistan.

Bad start to the evening for Zhou. Gave himself a chance to steal and then played two shockers on the yellow back-to-back to throw it all away. 5-4 Tubbs from 1-4.
