Fairplay Murphy was unbelievable,anyone elsec he wouldv'e p1ssed up..

I think Selby might have 2 more in him if he stays motivated

He can have periods of going missing mentally, which is understandable as his game is entirely centred around being mentally granite for long periods

Exactly the same when he won it,if he'd plaued like that since he wouldv'e won plenty just shows it's all in the head..

Something thoroughly dislikeable about Selby. I think someone mentioned Djokovic earlier on. The celebration was a bit Djokovicesque although thankfully the shirt didn't come off and he didn't start beating his chest.

If only Murphy had played a safety on that last red. It was a do or die shot on a very difficult ball. Fair enough go for a difficult pot if you knew there was a chance you are not going to stick it up if you missed.

Once he got a couple of frames behind I think he tried too hard to match Selby in the tactical battles. Very hard to run off a succession of those type of frames against an opponent like Selby.

I can remember him playing like that in 2005 and since then he's tried to be a bit more reined in which doesn't suit him

In full flow he's brilliant to watch, his 2nd half vs Wilson was sublime Snooker
