Anything matchroom promoted will use the rasson mega buckets, coc, champs league etc. Poor allen will be distraught having to sit out his favourite tournament!

I wasn't paying a huge amount of attention TBF, but I presume it was Ryno (rather than Mags) they were talking about in the afternoon having intermittent double vision issues (and him having been prescribed a one-eye contact lens that he's still not using)?
MJW going to have to massively up his level for the season in this one, I suspect. Robbo shown in the past he likes a Rasson.
Kyren playing like he's never been within 6ft of a Rasson table in his life. Might still limp over the line in this frame, though.

Shame the forum was down yesterday. How on earth did Ding feck things up??! Randomly (and without good reason) my fire alarm went off just before he must have broken down, and by the time I'd worked out what was going on (not a lot, so I just pulled the battery), JB was in and clearing up.

Ding missed match ball - not the first time those words have been typed! Was missable in fairness but he blew it anyway, that's just him.
Think that's Ronnie nowadays too, not that he's throwing matches, just there's a limit to how much he's willing to grind out results these days. If he turns up and he's on, great, but any bit off and the likes of Higgins will just say thank you. Higgins won 4 of their last 5 meetings.

Interesting stat for the Higgins versus Ding match - when they met yesterday it became their 12th consecutive meeting where Higgins won the first frame.

Trump in a different league since he gave up the "Naughty Snooker" and realised that he could win everything if he just played proper snooker instead - The Chav did himself (and the other players) no favours in that post match interview when he said "Maybe I wanted it more than him" (or words to that effect).
