The 147 at Dundalk in an exhibition off the back of the pack is best 147 ever by a mile only captured on crappy footage but clearance is unreal...

Awesome feat - literally 'one visit snooker'. I doubt that has ever or will ever happen in competitive competition.

To slot in 147 with an amplified Virgo in your earhole takes some doing.

Jimmy seems to fizz and whistle the balls in. I love the twirl of the cue before each shot and the finesse of the follow through - so watchable. I think his attacking style is underated. If you go for a tough shot and get it not only do you grow in confidence you also get the crowd on your side and frighten your opponent.

Don't forget the size of the pockets in these snooker legends, even Dick Emery could knock in a fifty with these buckets!

Don't talk to me about big bags,if billy bingham can win a world title there's hope for everyone he always looked weak willed and well short of top class suddenly wins world title.I predict more and more shocks on these tables, you'd have to be insane to bet on snooker in its current state..Shocked

He's a late developer, but was a worthy World champion, and has been a very good player for a few years now.

Beat 3 former champions, as well as the guy touted by many here as the game's next superstar, to win it, personally wouldn't be knocking it anyway (and they all played on the same tables).

Mind you, he's not Jimmy, but then again not many are.

Bingham is a great player and showed real guts in the final. Extremely harsh imo.
