judd come out of the match the real winner, a massive talent, one of the good guys and nice to see someone with a smile on his face and down to earth. His time will come. [;)]

Enjoyed the tournament on the whole. Trump was an unexpected sensation for me and its great to see him fulfilling the potential he had as a kid, long may it continue.

As for Higgins the final frame pretty much summed up his tournament, clinching the title with a frame he had no right to win. I have never seen a player do it so many times throughout an event and as a player that's a great credit to him.

Of course he should never have been playing and for me that led to some very uncomfortable viewing over the two weeks none more so than tonight and in truth had it been anyone other than Judd I probably wouldn't have subjected myself to it but he was a breathe of fresh air.

Higgins hinted at retiring in one of the video clips they showed in the earlier part of the tournament. I hope for the sake of the game he does as the game doesn't need him and will prosper without him.

Anyone would think that it was only ever Higgins who was involved in this sort of thing, get real, they don't like the fact that they are playing for peanuts and the real money is being made with the betting so they want a piece of the action, simple as that.

I don't think he got a 6 month ban as a reward for his contribution to the sport.  Continue to defend the indefensible, your clearly a wind up merchant there is no other explanation and I for one am long past bored of it.
