i feel gutted for gould there is nothing worse than when you perhaps slightly relax on the mental side of things in sport and then momentum goes against you and its almost unstopable.

WOW, I got 17.5 at 11-9, gutted didnt get 60's last night, what a match, pure sporting drama! I got a feeling Williams Osullivan will be equally as enthralling if not better.
IN 30 years that has been my best ever result, i was on Foulds when he beat thorburn years ago, but for the sums involved this type and sheer excitement after watching the davis match this has been my best ever day, snookerbacker these are the days we live for, and when u were talking before the tournament about how u could hardly sleep for the anticipation, this is why.
was he 8-1 down? and what odds were avaliable on gould at that point? thanks

That's exactly what happened. The game is so hard you can't ease off one iota or take the game for granted. It's like it knows and kicks you in the bowlocks! Poor Gould.

Forgot about this match having watched a bit of it yesterday. So Gould has managed to win just one frame out of nine, that scenario just didn't seem possible at all, unbelievable.
I backed robertson before the beginning of the tournament but wouldn't have begrudged a gould win!!

Solid Gould my arse, Fools Goulde more apt. Balls of steel from Robbo though, mentally tougher today, never lost self belief. If I was a a conspiracist I would be thinking the recent goings on in the world of snooker have been deliberately contrived to showcase SNOK as a more exciting sport as part of Barry Hearns' vision. 1.07 busted in this match, 1.04 in Higgins match and 2(!) errors by different referees in mistaking the white for a colour. But since I'm not I'll keep quiet.
Robertson still available at 12/1 on the outright with Baldyfred for about 30 mins after this match ended .

Had a massive lay of Gould at 1.35 when he was 12-10 up. It was never in doubt for me that Robertson would win 13-12 at that point. Gould looked very lucky to even win the one frame he did today. Always looked very vulnerable. What a day! :)

Trying to find a reason to lay Gould but at these prices can't. Gould playing far the better and see no reason why he shouldn't continue. Decided to lump on instead.

Nerves might hit tomorrow but see no reason why Gould can't at least finish 10-6 tonight which should see him a fair few ticks lower.

missed this and seething, had tiny green on robbo and nice green on gould, how the fcuk did robbo win! lol:(
