Have a massive bet on him for the quarter and thought he'd be playing Higgins..... Unreal riches! |
By:
Thornes friends bets still going
|
By:
i feel gutted for gould there is nothing worse than when you perhaps slightly relax on the mental side of things in sport and then momentum goes against you and its almost unstopable.
|
By:
HOLY SHYTE LADS :0 That was surreal, pure magic - Robertson - well done.
And well done lads here, its being some 2 day ride :D :D :D :D :D |
By:
That will take a long time for Gould to get over.
Chances are, we'll never see that player on telly again. |
By:
yep happy to polish Robbo's horn after that.
|
By:
How much do you stand to make if he wins snookerbacker?
|
By:
IN 30 years that has been my best ever result, i was on Foulds when he beat thorburn years ago, but for the sums involved this type and sheer excitement after watching the davis match this has been my best ever day, snookerbacker these are the days we live for, and when u were talking before the tournament about how u could hardly sleep for the anticipation, this is why.

By:
WOW, I got 17.5 at 11-9, gutted didnt get 60's last night, what a match, pure sporting drama! I got a feeling Williams Osullivan will be equally as enthralling if not better.

That will take a long time for Gould to get over. Chances are, we'll never see that player on telly again. But we can all say we remember where we were when he played like a machine on Friday 23 april |
By:

i feel gutted for gould there is nothing worse than when you perhaps slightly relax on the mental side of things in sport and then momentum goes against you and its almost unstopable. That's exactly what happened. The game is so hard you can't ease off one iota or take the game for granted. It's like it knows and kicks you in the bowlocks! Poor Gould. |
By:
Forgot about this match having watched a bit of it yesterday. So Gould has managed to win just one frame out of nine, that scenario just didn't seem possible at all, unbelievable.
|
By:
I backed robertson before the beginning of the tournament but wouldn't have begrudged a gould win!!
|
By:
jeez went out for a bit just got back to see 13-12. cant' believe i redded out now 200 notes on robertson haha just my luck atm.
|
By:
What a match. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM Robbo.
|
By:
Wow , cant believe this. Just got back from Leeds game. Backed Davis, and Robbo outright.
A very good day |
By:
Solid Gould my arse, Fools Goulde more apt. Balls of steel from Robbo though, mentally tougher today, never lost self belief. If I was a a conspiracist I would be thinking the recent goings on in the world of snooker have been deliberately contrived to showcase SNOK as a more exciting sport as part of Barry Hearns' vision. 1.07 busted in this match, 1.04 in Higgins match and 2(!) errors by different referees in mistaking the white for a colour. But since I'm not I'll keep quiet.
