R&R 14.2 is pretty clear I thought?

"For the avoidance of doubt, where a race is postponed and rescheduled to another day at the same venue, relevant bets will stand where entries/declarations at the time of postponement remain unaltered or include any non-material addition(s) prior to the rescheduled race."

Because - according to numerous sources such as the BBC (https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/horse-racing/55458568) - the fixture is postponed "with Welsh Grand National entries reverting to the horses entered at the Weights Published stage."

which is not

"where entries/declarations at the time of postponement remain unaltered"

and therefore bets do not stand.

At least that is my understanding.
