Nothing happens after my ticks are showing, been ongoing and unable to have any form of activity. Been a customer for donkeys years and can't seem to contact BF direct to resolve this.

I have zero idea what you mean by "nothing happens after my ticks are showing" but get hold of the BFheklpdesk on webchat and they should be able to sort you out if you can explain your problem.
