Seriously.  What part of my 10 year betfair history makes achieving 1000 points an appropriate target for a loyalty scheme/reward/promotion.

I don't remember the last time I was actually rewarded for my loyalty

My one says over 4000 points and I haven't used betfair much recently compared to the other exchanges.

The probability of me reaching even half the 1st target is zero. The promotion is a waste of time.

Target 1: 12,600 points Sad

I got to about 70% of my first target of 1800 points which would have paid £27. So I take it I won't be getting 70% of £27 then?

You never get rewarded for loyalty. Betfair seem totally complacent about this. I have written to them countless times.
