My moneybookers account ID has changed from my email to a random number and I am unable to deposit. I can see that I am not the only one with this problem.  Have contacted helpdesk but they are not answering.

I had the same happen to me. Call them up 020 8834 8060 and tell them to fix it. Helpdesk is useless as they take 1-2 days to reply to emails.

Waiting for a moneybookers withdrawal as I need to send the funds elsewhere. Most other places process it immediately.
