Good to see Alun Wyn Jones returning to captain the Lions, what a comeback! Also congratulations to the three Scots selected, really pleased that Ali Price is preferred to Conor Murray at scrum half because I think he deserves it on the form shown so far. Lots of talking points about the team and realise there are plus and
minus decisions. The bench does frustrate me a little as I would have liked to have seen room for Josh Adams,Chris Harris and Marcus Smith. Also not sure Elliot Daly
deserves his place in the backs . But its all a matter of choices and am sure Gatland knows what he is doing.
Anyway looking forward to the game and will decide a bet nearer the time,

Anybody who has watched England in the last year will wonder how Daly is anywhere near the squad let alone the first 15. Almost the whole team looks selected on size which is a Gatland trait, I too would have like to see quick game changers like Smith, Simmonds and LRZ on the bench. Maybe the way to go is back Kolbe, the smallest player on the pitch, to score the first try at around 10-1.

Looking at both teams the Boks seem stronger.  Not convinced with the Lions team.  Going in with the Boks to win

Decided to back the Lions with a 1 point start to begin with. Think it will be a tight game and kicking will be key.
Paddys going 3/1 Lions to win 1-10  could be value as well. Enjoy the game lads , Good luck all.

Damage of infrastructure proportions suffered racing today so will be looking to the Lions to keep the bailiffs from banging on the door! Have backed them to win the series 3-0 and have lumped on the single today @ 2.2 - imo Lions should be 4/6, amazed they are odds against. Good luck all!

The Boks dominating the game so far.  9 points is a fair lead on what we have seen so far

Surely not enough evidence that was clear cut to reverse the on field decision. Big let off there methinks.

TMO is just making it up. No angle to overturn that.

Thanks evsa, having a good run at the moment . Think Gatland making a strong complaint about the tmo being a South African before the match made a huge statement, Not really sure he should of overturned the onfield decisions of a try and I dont think a 'neutral'would of done.
The turning point for me was the first try in the second half after 1 minute, all changed mentally after that. The Lions will have to stop giving cheap penalties away in the next games, although they seemed to have settled a little in the second half.
Still not sure that was the best Lions team, but you cant complain when you win away at the World champions.
On a personal note a nice winning day, even though the last 10 minutes were spent behind the sofa !!!
Well done all you winners and those that cashed out early Happy
