Surely if a man admits running around and exposing his tackle to Children he should be sacked on the Spot ?
The law prevents councils from removing councillors who have been convicted of an offence unless they have received a sentence of imprisonment for a period of more than three months or if they are subject to sexual offending notification requirements.
