It will be interesting to see how this plays out and how the Supreme Court deals with it.
The only person who can supposedly deal with this is an immigration judge. Due process is not being followed and they do not have the legal authority to deport him. SCOTUS is in the firing line imho. If they cannot do the right thing God only knows what may happen to the judicial system. |
