The simplest explanation for the fact that so many voters were not negatively influenced by the lawfare, was because they understood it was lawfare. If they had believed it was legitimate and therefore believed Trump was a digital rapist they would not have voted for him in large enough numbers to get him elected. But you think the correct explanation is that the majority of voters are so depraved they voted for Trump despite them believing the lawfare cases were legitimate? Though allow me to add regarding your question: It being politically motivated to look into the actions of a person of interest is not the same as thinking the cases themselves do not have merit. People most likely were keener than usual to look into Hunter Biden's activities due to is status as a person of public interest. That does however in no way deligitimise his crimes and convictions.
