Higher employers' NIC for small businesses I'm pretty sure "working people" run small businesses and drive vehicles ? Winter fuel allowance cut weeks after election but strangely no mention of this prior to election. Ever get the feeling you've been cheated ? They haven't got a clue what they are doing.
