If/when Biden goes, women's and blacks' votes could clinch it for Harris

But they think she won't win and if they pass her over for someone like Newsom, blacks and women will be annoyed. This is why biden hasn't been dumped already.

A recent CNN poll (slight pinch of salt here) puts Harris's rating on just about par against Trump and best of any other potential replacement, much better than Biden in any case. On that basis alone it would be dumb of Democrats not to dump him. The dumbest they could be is to stick with him!

Again according to polls, the other black female, Michelle Obama, would apparently trounce Trump, though she's insisted several times she definitely would NOT run, saying ".. it's not in my soul". She'd look pretty stupid and lose all credibility if she were to now do a U-turn on that.
