For those who have never visited Wolverhampton, I would not bother if I were you. I got fined £75 quid for a cigarette end offence the other day, I took it on the chin and paid my debt. But on reflection why is it that Wolverhampton council allow fireworks to be sold in the shops and why is it ok for the Council to have firework displays knowingly littering the parks across the borough littering our gardens and scarring Animals? These are double standards and the Police should get involved especially because they are supplying cctv to be used to prosecute individuals. This is double standards and the council should be shamed. SHAME ON YOU

More security guards on show and dog end security than customers in the town which is filthy with closed shops everywhere, call it a city of corruption, you bet!
I'm no fan of Wolverhampton, far from it, but if you ignore littering signs then you deserve it.
Please do not litter English cities. Keep cities nice and attractive for everyone. 
Yes charlie I agree, but the council ignores its own rules by having firework displays which bother locals and upset animals who is fining the council?
When you wake up the night after bonfire night and your garden is covered in bomb waste.
I offered to pick me **** up, but the British indian said its too late, its ok for the council to litter and pick it up after but you **** heads need fining.
Complain to your local council, I'm sure they have nothing better to do than listen to your trivial whinge. I normally get three or four rocket sticks in my garden after bonfire night and use them as plant supports. I wish they'd use bigger ones.
Its not ok to sell fireworks, anyone with a brain can see its a pagan outdated climate disaster.
Not arguing over that, they're dangerous in the wrong hands.
Video evidence can be found on youtube, no sight of the butt brigade approaching the councillors lighting the fuse.
Avoid Wolverhampton at all costs, because it could cost you, they follow you around on cctv,it nearly as bad as Brum for intrusion.
I feel I was targeted because I was White, not many white security guards in Midlands full stop.

Trivial whinge? £75 quid short for shopping and being a good citizen, its like calling a kidnapper a saint if u dig shitheads.
