Over here where no laws are ever enforced I regularly see kids of 12, 13, 14 vaping.

if it's freely available anyway it doesn't make much difference, you can maybe move people on to more regulated stuff and source some significant revenue along the way.

If you were interested in people's health and believed legality is crucial to substance abuse you'd just ban alcohol and cigarette sales.

In the US amongst Republicans polled majority supported legalisation..so not sure it's essentially a leftie thing...
