There is zero ambiguity about which war he was talking about with the 350k dead or wounded. In the two sentences prior he literally speaks about Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

Again, there is zero ambiguity that the number was about the Russian losses in their current invasion of Ukraine. He literally and explicitly mentioned it in the sentences before.

These big Biden speeches are generally only very seldomly confused either way and the mention of the lost Russians made perfect sense in the context of the speech that was written for Biden for this occasion. Biden occasionally mumbles words in this kind of speech, but that's it for the most part. He sticks with the teleprompter and has the steelen discipline to read....unlike his primary political opponent who likes to go off script and ramble on in random loops of words.
