It would be very gratifying if a few of these people responsible for this horrendous stitch up were prosecuted but I don't think it will happen. Blatent lies, cover ups, memory failure, disgusting bunch of twats.

Professional liars aplenty it seemed at senior level at the Post Office; Mr Singh is lying thro' his teeth. How'd a senior professional involved with prosecuting sub-postmasters/mistresses not have read an email concerning bugs in the Horizon system which he'd decided to store and print out a copy?

Personally, I'd do that to read the email later esp if I was busy at that moment. I'd also store something important eg Insurance Policy, digital proof of purchase/guarantee of an expensive item, etc, and possibly print-outs too as a double assurance.

Mr Singh is lying. Mr Singh has no professional credibility or integrity lying under oath in the Enquiry.

Difficult to see how he won't be prosecuted for this.

A senior lawyer for the post office dealing with numerous documents relating to a software system doesn't know how to save them on his computer.

These people are total sociopaths. Its bad enough if it was incompetence but in these cases it seems there was a purposeful effort to jail/prosecute innocent people.

Why does the Post Office start with a £1m minum offer to those subpostmasters/mistresses wrongly convicted and had their lives turned upside-down as a result? These people have lost so much in material wealth, and had their lives severely disrupted. Some have died and their families are still be severely impacted by the negative consequences.

The above lawyer must be brought to court for restitution, if found guilty for deliberately withholding vital info that would have helped the accused subpostmaster/mistresses in court.
