Perfect response to the champagne socialist interviewing saying that poor people don’t drive. Hit the target with devastating accuracy.
Poor people in rural areas don’t drive then?Perfect response to the champagne socialist interviewing saying that poor people don’t drive. Hit the target with devastating accuracy.
As per you’re trying your usual of taking something someone said whilst providing no context what it was in reply to.
The interviewer said poor people don’t drive. They do if they live in rural areas because otherwise they can’t get about and it’s a lot cheaper to own a banger rather than get a season ticket on public transport and have to make 2 or 3 different connections.

Not the poorest person in society maybe but what is your understanding of the poorest in society when it is in repose to “poor people don’t drive”.
I know you don’t like to answer questions and prefer to copy and paste stuff but do you think poor people drive or not?

She's a bit like you digging a hole because you are thick.
Why not accept that the poorest don't drive, because they can't afford a car.
It's not really that difficult.

As per, you post some crap that you read on the Guardian or some other paper. You don’t even make it clear it’s your own drivel by not even quoting it, providing a source or a link or anything like that. When you get called out you can’t answer any questions about it.
I’m sure we can look forward to several posts tomorrow and wonder whether it’s your opinion or something you have copy and pasted.

This is typical of yhtl, shrewd dude. When caught out he will argue black is white, throw abuse at you and keep going until he has the last word. It's the way trolls like him operate.

A car is more essential to rural dwellers than the internet or a mobile phone so plenty of "poor" people have cars. The definition of poor is of course a problem. Are you talking about income or assets?, spending, sharing or bartering?. Rural life is just not understood by 90% of the populace these days. You might have half an acre on which to grow vegetables and fruit, an old car to get around the local area (probably no public transport) live in a third generation family home with no mortgage and a log fire, and still manage to live quite well on £1500 per month. Are they poor or not?

No one who has grown up in the English countryside is poor It can be an idyllic childhood . But it’s a vanishing world Look at the meadows and hedgerows we have lost supporting so many birds and creatures . However the English countryside is not valued by incomers and visitors alike ..
Or by obnoxious philistines such as Remainers and those who vote labour !
