We need to be shown video evidence from the moment she got into the cab and not just an excerpt showing her using abusive language. You can't just assume that it was an unprovoked rant.

And in particular the most often used move is to make sure to announce when he perceives that he successfully made someone angry/lose their temper.

The goldfish have no answer to Dr. Crippen, so tend to resort to angry abuse.
