Come on now jolly, it won't be too difficult to narrow it down to male tory MPs who were in their position at least some of the time between 2002 and 2009, in his fifties and will not be attending Parliament.

His defence will probably be, we had an agreement but it wasn't working for me so I decided to take back control and get it done before entering into long laborious talks to respect all sides including the minority,so we can then outline our legal position moving forward with levelling up the capacity to appoint someone to investigate before breaking international law.

Who is making these historical charges?  I.E.; who is/are the complainant/s and why aren;t we being given details of their profiles as we are the accused?

This stinks to high heaven but meanwhile a man, who may well be totally innocent of any and/or all of these charges, has his life and career irretrievably ruined by un-named ( and legally un-nameable it has to be assumed, by the cloak of utter secrecy being wound around the charges ) and unaccountable people making charges that may/could have no provenance whatsoever.

The reason the alleged rapist is not being named is because it could identify his accusers. That strongly suggests to me that the alleged victims are (were) employees of his office in Westminster.

Possibly but why should it if their case is bona-fide.  It would most certainly dissuade erroneous and career-destroying accusations of a groundless nature being made and these are happening more and more.  It is shocking that complainants are guaranteed anonymity and I am convinced that these "historical" cases need treated this way, i.e., with full disclosure.  What do people have to lose when they make these allegations?  Answer - absolutely nothing, whilst the accused loses almost everything.
Even worse.  Apparently the incumbent Lord Justice General, Carlaway, is hell-bent on taking away completely the need for corroboration in these rape cases.  These cases will multiply like never before if this cornerstone of justice is removed. 
Rape is deplorable and totally wrong and abhorrent but the consequences of Carlaway being successful are much more so as far as much of the legal profession is concerned.

This isn't true at all. The maximum penalty for false accusers charged with perverting the course of justice is life imprisonment.

You only posted that list of “possibilities” after it became apparent that you, and others, had posted several disgraceful clues pointing towards a particular MP who now appears to be entirely innocent.

With accusations of such a heinous nature is a disgrace to smear somebody in that manner. You should be ashamed, but I won’t hold my breath.

If they are innocent, they will have been clearly eliminated from the list of possible alleged rapists.

It could easily be someone not even mentioned, depending on how loosely you can interpret "A man... was arrested on suspicion of indecent assault, sexual assault, rape, abuse of position of trust and misconduct in public office" and "In January 2020, the Met received a report relating to alleged sexual offences having been committed between 2002 and 2009". It's not 100% clear that the alleged rapist was an MP during the time the alleged offences were committed.

Update. It'd not Bill Wiggin or Mark Francois, both of whom have voted in the House after the alleged rapist agreed not to attend.
