What is the point of sending folks to Rwanda? It appears we are sending a handful but are receiving up to a thousand a day via the channel. It's also costing us, that's you and me the taxpayer around a million pounds per Rwanda deportation. Will it stop anyone coming here? No. Will it cost us a great deal of money? It certainly will. What's more, I wouldn't be the least surprised if the folks we ship off to Rwanda appear on our shores again at a later date.

I'm sure Rwanda will benefit from the influx of such worldly wise individuals who've managed to complete the perilous voyage and sample the high-life in a fully paid 4 or 5 star English hotel,I'm sure they will be revered as 'inspirational' by the Rwandians.
