It's called docking.

It looks like avoiding the UK til it at least gets a bit sorted out,not good for people waiting on imports.

Worth a read.

The week after may well be care homes in trouble due to staffing.

Make no mistake this is a manufactured tip toe to a major crisis

Slowly getting there, one minor crisis leads to another then another

Like the fuel stuff leads to steel shortage and so on so forth

And they are blaming it all on the unvaxxed in Australia Laugh

Migrants will be a crisis soon enough. 1100 in 2 days, all to be housed and paid for by taxpayers reeling over the cost of covid.
I see The Guardian has stopped referring to them as refugees. Soon they will be calling them what they are, illegal migrants.

It could well be Saddo, there were enough problems last year housing them like Napier etc with a lot less and can imagine councils don't have the money or resources to do much now.
Rather than that £50 million to try and stop them in France,a better solution would have been to give them that money to return them back there. That looks the simple solution.

Is it a lack of migrants or too many migrants that's the crisis?

@ Casemoney,The Loadster is a shipping container site and gives you the shipping container 'news' It is worth googling and reading that particular article. Since that was printed on the 6th of Oct that Felixstowe was over run with unable to move empty containers another port London Gateway is in the same predicament 2 days later.
The comments of industry insiders are very telling on it and easy to see why they are so worried.

You get that Whisperingdeath,at least in part as it looks prolonged.

Social care crisis starting to hit home now.

Despite the assurances of them saying the shipping container crisis is now improving a further weeks crisis looks like a lot less choice in the supermarkets, coming soon at a store near you.
