And they say we haven't looked after the Ghurkers.

Take that Joanna Lumley.

Why not get the police in the fields picking them?

That's all they're good for these days.

What about the British workforce?

I thought one of the benefits of Brexit was putting our finest unemployed in the positions of EU workers who went home.
What could possibly go wrong with that plan?

Most root vegetables are harvested by machine. I imagine these workers will be just removing the leaves. Even our layabouts could do that.

Yes, and in his fantasy, SirNorbertClarke would be their overseer in a uniform.

In reality, they won't be out of bed much before their kids go to school. That's their days' work done.

You appear to be a burden on the state, SirNorbertClarke.

You voted Brexit. Therefore your place is not reclining on a sofa but on your knees apologising to your country for making it poorer.

Then employers ask you to drop everything for a job interview
and then ask you to fill out a cv going back who gives a s1tt and then they ask silly questions
and then don’t get back for days leaving you waiting ...
too much trouble

in theory i cant work from next month because my cnsg and cscs cards run out, although in 30 years ive never been asked to show it on a job/site,
£100/150 a pop to renew one or 2 days wasted sat in a classroom
there that important tests/new cards were suspended during covid, another money making scam for some businesses
imagine having to pay for and take a driving licence every 3 years
