Great players but who would you leave out.

Baresi is the best defender I ever saw though and Tardelli not far behind. Christiano amazing too but Pele, Mesi and Diego are not a bad front 3.

You HTL

The medics might be needed with Baresi and Maldinin in your defence!

Wouldn't expect the defenders
to be required that often.

Nearly stuck me self in goal!

I think Kante is amazing. A French older player observed that 70% of the earth is covered by sea and the rest is covered by Nglolo Kante.

Not sure you’d manage to stop Pele even with you in goal!

Kante has a lot of energy
and is a great tackler, reader of the game.

But he's breaking stuff up, no need
for that in my team, we will just
out score any other team.

I think people should state their age or D.O.B. to explain the bias in their selection and maybe even their first World cup!

Born 1963
First World Cup Mexico 1970

My bias is that in 1982 at the Santiago Bernabeu Italy assassinated Brazilian football and The Beautiful Game died.

First World cup 1966 for me.

First World Cup in colour 1970

Best world cup 1970

Bias is I love invention, and
attacking football.

Hate tika taka sh1te and sideways
passing for no reason.

Zico is a decent and interesting selection. That Zico/Socrates team was maybe the best not to lift the trophy.
By:

Yes the possession football is a bit boring. But the great Barca team of Mesi, Iniesta, Xavi, Puyol team was amazing, but with them in a team…..

Would have to find a place for Jimmy Greaves ( and I’ve only seen him on tv a few times and utube but that’s enough )
And Gerd Muller ( first World Cup 1970 ) , the two greatest strikers ever
