It was clear that he simply couldn't care less. British citizens, humble, simple, civilians, murdered on British streets by British troops and 40+ years on he couldn't care less! No apology whatsoever about the murders and atrocities committed, just a muted, sneering and clearly grudged apology about the process since which has seen bureaucrats and civil servants at their worst - blocking the victims access to proper hearing and justice. A nonsense of a PM who isn't worth any attention at all. I hope Heath and Faulkner, who conspired to order honest British soldiers to shoot British citizens on sight are turning and itching in their graves!
