What a load of old pony from some of you!

Poor old bitter and twisted Dom.

Handjob is doing a wonderful job and didn't lie.

Doris's Doris isn't really running the show

and poor old Doris himself didn't have to take 10 days off to sort out getting money from sponsors to pay his baby sitters despite having a Doris at home to do those things. He didn't have to take time off to arrange his engagement party and also didn't take time off to soothe his highly strung doris who was chucking a mental over Dylangate!

No wonder he went MIA at Chevening for 10 days from VALENTINE'S DAY to 24th February to sort out his doris! Meanwhile his neglect in these vital 10 days meant the country had no plan from its leaders.

Truly pathetic from some of you!

But Cummings is a liar and we told you that a year ago.

Assuming there's a first class counsel similar to Levenson's Jay those questioned the likes of Dom ,Boris ,Hancock ,Whitty ,Valance etc will be under oath to respond to forensic questioning and the truth will out.

Agree with both, was great fun but there is a much wider picture.

The wider picture is more worrying for those who dont agree with the lockdowns. This ‘what could we have done better line’ is becoming a non-choice between giving the government more ability to lock people down or giving more power to MPs. I cant see mich discussion about politicians learning that they are not Gods.

Exercise Cygnus was a command post exercise delivered by Public Health England on behalf of the Department of Health. This was part of the Public Health England funded programme directed by the Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response Partnership Group chaired by the Department of Health.

The exercise was designed to assess the United Kingdom’s preparedness and response to a pandemic influenza outbreak. It was aimed at responders in Local Resilience Forums, NHS England and Public Health England at local, regional and national level, the Department of Health and other government departments, the Health Departments of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and NHS Wales. This report identifies lessons relevant to all of the participating organisations and is not restricted to lessons reflecting only the experience of health organisations.

The lessons identified in the report are not therefore necessarily PHE’s corporate position; they are evidenced on the information gathered during the exercise and interpreted in the context of the Emergency Response Department’s experience and judgement. The UK had time to act more quickly than it did.

In Feb and March 2020 the fact of a global pandemic was known, we were watching events unfold in Italy, their misfortune was our opportunity.  We didn't take the opportunity (of time) which other countries did, because of the ideology/weakness/sheer unfitness (choose your own reason or reasons) of our Prime Minister.

As a result of this failure to act more swiftly the UK has suffered the worst effects of the pandemic of any European country (in pure death figures).  The necessary health measures have also had to last longer then would otherwise have been the case, meaning the economic hardship has been deeper than it would have been.  There's no either-or in health/economy (as Cummings made perfectly clear yesterday).

That Johnson repeated his failure (slowness to act) in September/October 2020 is the true scandal.  The excuses 'unprecedented events' bullsh1t, do not hold water for THE SECOND GO ROUND.

does anybody think he's truly fit to be leader?  Leadership is not about 'most amusing' or 'delivered Brexit'. It's about making difficult decisions when necessary.  Any clown with funny hair can make easy decisions or play to the gallery.
