I don't fancy Ruth Davidson chances much in that next First Minister market.

I see in the market above George Galloways alliance4unity party are 8.2 to win any seat at Holyrood. Even I am surprised it is such a price!

In the market above, the SNP are 5.0 not to get a majority.

15.0 on here Conservatives or Labour most seats Holyrood. Surprised that is not being taken with current issues regarding Salmond.

Smarkets have started putting up individual constituency markets for the Holyrood elections. One price in particular won't last long for a seat held by a recent impressive performer (JB).

They have done well though overall to start pricing the most competitive markets. They must have a seriously decent odds setter on their team.

I see someone is offering 50s Labour on here for most seats. It doesn't seem all that long ago when they totally dominated Scottish politics.

I wonder how much our favourite "Trump won" headbanger will win when Sturgeon is booted out?..my guess..zero..which is 2 quid short of his max bet.

Ladbrokes go 69.5 SNP seats, 1.83 choose over/under. In order to reach that over number, the SNP have to first of all retain all their seats from 2016 plus win at least seven more. Right now, that looks a huge task.

Anyone betting on the Scottish Parliament constituency markets should have as a guide...

Constituencies 73
Safe SNP 50
Safe Non SNP 3
Competitive 20

Most of the competitive ones, the SNP are favourite, many big favourite.

Well I finally got round to joining the forum, didn't realise you had to email betfair to be allowed! I've been following the politics subforum since the build up to the US election, that main thread was quite something, much entertainment provided! Anyway, obviously this election market couldn't be anything as epic/ridiculous as that but i am from north of the border so have a keen interest. Hello to you all and good luck, good luck!

MSPs like Jackie Baillie and Murdo Fraser will have to make sure everything about the count is above board.
We all saw at the recent Inquiry that nothing is beyond Sturgeon.

No, I got myself in a pickle with the lay of no at 3.5 for the majority, i then went on the 69.5 market, and have ended up with what works out at an even money shot at 65-69 inc seats
