It's been discussed in the past 24 hours and previously in the 2020 USA General Election thread, Escapee.
In my opinion, yes it could be settled as 50 Senate Seats (or more) but it is very unlikely. It is possible that previously certified election results could be amended from Republican to Democrat prior to the certification, or other confirmation of Betfair's choosing, of the Georgia run-offs. It is also possible that Independent or Republican senators could switch to the Democrats prior to the confirmation of the Georgia run-offs. The appropriate settlement under those circumstances are debatable. |
