I would have thought order would be fundamental so the old parliament can dissolve properly and a new parliament for a UK without EU can be forged.
That way the country can adequately prepare for the new live without the EU. Also means the new parliament can preside over what to do with Scotland and Ireland as well as what their people may or may not want.
The new rules for entrants into the new UK will have to be set up naturally!

Have to wonder why the British defence force is still under EU influence??
