What about the helicopter budget in 2004 ? .
Did the savings pay for Mr Smith,s porno,s , or NHS operations for NHS immigrants ? ,or Prezzas 2nd jag ? or something else ? .

Never mind Labour have promised an adequate supply in 2013.

By NHS immigrants i assume you are refering to the consultants, surgeons and nurses without whom it would collapse?

It did help to pay for Prescott's world tour when he left office. After all he desperately needed to talk to that US millionaire who ran casinos about the work of William Wilberforce in the abolition of slavery.

By NHS immigrants

I think he was referring to 'NHS tourists', ie, people who come here and then miraculously find some life threatening illness that they 'never knew' they had.

The NHS is reliant on immigrant labour.

Without importing nurses and care staff en masse from Third World Countries we would need to pay a lot higher wages.

Or just lower benefits to encourage the idle to work.

So you would prefer to rob the third world of their health staff. While at the same time deny our youg people of the chance to train and earn a living.
Well thats modern socialism for you.

sorry macarony did not make it clear, I think it is hypocritical that we take staff from the Third World to keep NHS wages low.

Ah but do those media people also get family tax credit/family allowance/housing benefit and all the other various add-ons that many scroungers get? So much so that it's not worth them bothering to look for work. (Not that too many would employ the feckless, lazy bu**ers).

Give real help to the genuine unemployed and disabled by all means, but we all know a huge chunk of benefit/disability claimants are shysters ( and thus voting fodder for Labour - if the can spelll "X" ).
